Allow adding throwing potions/mushrooms to quiver #90

Mushrooms and potions that are useful to throw take up a lot of inventory 
space.  Allowing players to add them to the quiver is reasonable.  Otherwise 
they will also see less use.

Also consider making throwing potions/grenades drop in small clumps to make 
them more useable.
