Temporarily reducing spellcasting to zero

When a player reduces his spellcasting to zero and loses his realm, 
spellcasting practice should be returned to zero.

Also verify that if a player changes realm by reducing spellcasting to zero and 
then raising spellcasting should not be free (unless it should, which would be 
interesting).  Perhaps we could give a message about abandoning one school and 
embracing another.  As a note, this might be a cheap way to get a permanent 
shapechange but use another school entirely. Any semi-permanent effects would 
need to be considered.
