Casting around corners #99

When the @ disappears behind corners, monsters should be able to hit him with 
radius spells.

Note, when last implemented, it had odd effects with monsters when monsters 
flowed by last position. We should make sure that monsters cast spells where 
they think the player is, not where he actually is.
