OpenSum-It already has desired chart framework. Charts supposed to be implemented as plugins (addons). There are currently none of them in repository. They have to be written from scratch, so progress is slower than expected... so far i can offer only screenshot :)

Progress of chart plugins creation is slow (real life, unstable recent haiku builds, etc.), but i am still working when i have spare time. Screenshot for those who's waiting for chart plugins:
