the database stopped updating? #119

Hey I download the most up-to-date file at the link: https://github.com/beoutbreakprepared/nCoV2019/tree/master/latest_data

And every time I download a database with 2676311 Has the database stopped updating?

Any news here? I also only see exactly 2676311 entries, parsing data from https://github.com/beoutbreakprepared/nCoV2019/raw/master/latest_data/latestdata.tar.gz via Python/Pandas.

Thank you - we are currently updating the dataset. Will go live in January associated with a portal where you can filter data.

Thanks for the reply! So there is no way to extract the plain data currently? Since https://www.healthmap.org/covid-19/# is up to date I thought you had current data…

Unfortunately not as data is still preliminary and goes through another iteration of verification. I will keep you updated.

No problem just would have loved to play around with it… https://datarepository.wolframcloud.com/resources/Patient-Medical-Data-for-Novel-Coronavirus-COVID-19 guided me to this repository, in case you wondered. (So I think Wolfram is currently using the outdated data, too… @WolframResearch) Thanks for keeping us updated!
