Not sure how I interpret the 198+ cases in California. Are for non-specified locations in California or they are below a certain threshold so they are aggregated together?
The NY Times maps says 400+ so I assume it is an aggregation?
If you draw large centroids for cities indicating infection numbers, having a centroid fro the State of California for the aggregate is a bit confusing. Where do the 198+ cases come from and why is there no location data for them?
