Add in missing geocode data & remove a couple of duplicates

• Adds in missing admin1, admin2, and admin3 names for geocodes
• Removes duplicate geocodes (of incorrect admin granularity)
• Adds missing geocodes

For context: I use these geocodes as part of migrating the line-list data's travel_history field to a new, stricter schema
