socks proxy not working when TUN mode is in use #166

Describe the bug socks proxy not working when TUN mode is in use

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. connect warp plus warp-plus.exe -e 188.114.99.93:2408 -b 127.0.0.1:2081 --gool -4 --tun-experimental using command
  2. i set telegram on 127.0.0.1:2081 proxy but its not running when i use TUN mode

Expected behavior both TUN and proxy should work mixed like Hiddify , nekoray and etc.
