ipv4 ipv6 add #31

Hi, I think it's good to add an option to choose Warp give ipv4 or ipv6. I have some issue with that because when I connect with it, it gives ipv6 every time.

The latest version should have added flags for -4 and -6. Check out https://github.com/bepass-org/warp-plus/releases/tag/v1.1.0
