Improvement proposal on ERC20TokenLock to accept multiple token locks from the same user as long as release date is the same or later into the future, user adds up to his locked tokens stake.

An improvement proposal must have something more than a paragraph description. That said, bepro-js will be archived when v2 is deployed - these changes are more than welcome over at https://github.com/taikai/dappkit
