Evaluate pyglet under IDEs #134

Preliminary checks show pyglet cannot open a window under SPE on Windows. 
How does it fare under IDLE, Wing, etc.?  What about other platforms?

Any additional reports, tracebacks, confirmations of workings or patches
are welcome.

I have no problem opening a window under SPE on a Mac.

Original SPE error was a misdiagnosed Windows error message.  There have been 
no other reports of IDE 
troubles, closing issue.
