Task: Implement the Sign-Up Page

Objective: Build a responsive sign-up page where new users can register by entering their email, password, and other necessary details.

Requirements:

• Create a registration form with the following fields:
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Confirm Password
• Validate form inputs:
  • Email must be in valid email format.
  • Password should be at least 8 characters long.
  • Confirm Password must match Password.
• Add a "Sign Up" button to submit the form.
• Connect the form to the backend for user registration (JWT authentication).
• Display error messages for invalid inputs or registration failure.
• Redirect the user to the Login Page upon successful registration.

Design Considerations:

• Ensure the form is responsive for both desktop and mobile views.
• Use Tailwind CSS for styling the form elements.
• Keep the UI clean and user-friendly, providing clear error/success feedback.

Additional Features:

• Include a link for users who already have an account to go to the Login Page.
• Optionally, add a checkbox for agreeing to terms and conditions before registration.

Dependencies:

• Backend API for user registration (JWT authentication).
• Redirect to the Login Page after successful sign-up.
