Oversteer has a list of devices that can work and only recognizes those. Some issues have been registered for your wheel model, there seems to be many variants or something is happening.
Can you check the vid/pid of your wheel and paste it here? Any hardware info application or the command lsusb
can show it.

Before following the installation instructions of Oversteer, I followed those for the kernel module. The wheel "works" but I have to make 3 full rotations in order to make a simple turn. Then, I installed Oversteer according to the instructions and restarted my computer.
Whenever I launch Oversteer, I get "No device available" and cannot configure anything.
