Hi I play RaceRoom changing in Oversteer to 450º. Then, in Game, on Advanced Video options i set the visuals of the wheel (with arms), to "same as settings" (I don't know if it says the same thing because I have it in Spanish). Then on advanced controls, y set the sensitivity of the steering (or direction, I don't know what it says in English) to 50 %. With these settings, the on-screen steering wheel rotation is the same or very close to the real one. I suppose it can also be done with 540
yes, same settings already applied on my end but my point was keeping oversteer at 900 degree at all times and let the game handles the rest. With this way i need to change oversteer range everytime i change car, which is not an issue but clearly only happens on raceroom racing experience
I think this is an issue in Raceroom or Proton, not Oversteer.
In case you don't know, Oversteer provides a tool to let you change the wheel range from the wheel buttons.
Changing the range less than 10 degrees seems like a very small change that I don't think is that noticeable on the screen. What do others think?
About RaceRoom degrees, you must change depending on the car you will use. I played just a moment with Tattus using 360, and the rotation on screen was perfect (the same on real life). With the Honda Civic WTCR I used 540, and the same thing... Really I don't know if in Windows the game change the degrees of the wheel automaticly..
About rotation, for me is great to change degrees -+10. I think that one at a time is too many, at least 5 at a time.
Hi,
Raceroom Racing Experience won't automatically switch wheel rotation unlike other games. It could be game itself has the issue i don't know but normally let's say driving a car with 540 degree of wheel should be 1:1 map but it's not unless I manually change wheel rotation from oversteer to 540 degree.
Additionally It could be very good to increase/decrease rotation value by single digits values like 368 degree
