Homepage Graphic Re-design #4

The homepage is currently a bit bland. It was the best we could do. It would be great if it were colorful and nice! The "hero" image on the homepage is currently represented as clipart, but would ideally be a auto-rotating/refreshing set of images that we could upload from our events. See Issue #5

Since you all are working on this @dixita9 @bsaavedrabo I would suggest using one or more nice photo(s) from our Instagram or Google Photos account as the Splash background, rather than a stock clipart as shown in the examples.
