add density-related functions. fixed bugs in `graph_to_path(G)`. #98

New stuff:

density related functions: the density is calculated by gaussian_kde directly from the coordinates, so linestack is no longer needed (so is voxelsize)
density related statistics: asymmetry, radius, axonal/dendritic field size;
savefig in plotting functions;

Fixes:

graph_to_path(G) miss some paths.
get_average_angles now can handle three fold branching.
