Evaluate the original image with reaction time recorded.

• For each question in this task, you are shown a single fundus image or an OCT scan.
• For a fundus image you have to first make a diagnosis whether the shown image has referable Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) i.e. moderate, severe, or proliferative DR. Following this you will be asked to rate the confidence of your decision on a scale of 1 to 10.
• For an OCT scan, you have to choose whether the scan is healthy or affected by either Choroidal Neovascularization (CNV), drusen, or Diabetic Macular Edema.
• Only one of the options can be selected.
• You can zoom in to observe the image regions more closely to make your decision.
• There is no time limit for this task, the time taken to make the decision is recorded.

Instructions:

• You will be shown a single fundus image.
• Decice whether the patient shows signs of referable Diabetic Retinopathy (DR), i.e. moderate, severe, or proliferative DR.
• Additionally, rate the confidence of your decision on a scale of 1 to 10.
• If you move your mouse over a region in the image, you are shown a zoomed version of that image region.
• We record the time you take to reach your decision.

Information about the study: Your answers will be saved on a secure server in the EU and will be used to assess the quality of image generation of an AI algorithm. If you have additional questions, do not hestiate to ask. No personal information or information about the quality of your answers will be disclosed at any time to anyone, in particularly it will not be shared with your employer.
