List all tasks separately

Main categories:

1. Decision support through AI-generated images

   • Realism of AI-generated fundus images (inactive)
   • Grading of DR without decision support (inactive)
   • Grading of DR with decision support (inactive)

2. Decision support through sparse BagNets

   • Lesion annotation for diabetic retinopathy (DR)
   • Grading of DR without decision support (inactive)
   • Grading of DR with decision support (inactive)

Currently there's only one consent form for all evaluation tasks. Once users consented, they are free to do any evaluation tasks.

Do you want to associate a consent form to every task?

I also don't know there will be evaluation tasks for sparse BagNets :(

So I need to add a category field to the Task object so that we can group different tasks later.
