Support for CraftBukkit #35

The current version of BKCommonLib only supports Spigot. CraftBukkit isn't supported at all. There are many incompatibilities to do with field type changes (such as Chunk entity slices being EntitySlice[] instead of List[]).

This issue ticket is to make this incompatibility clear and encourage future fixing.
