Alias changed the world #68

I'm sad that Alias can only be set up with in-game commands to set up each world，When I modify the config file using /world config load it doesn't change, which causes me a lot of trouble

Why isn't there a reload command like [Multiverse-Core]

This also makes /mw config load reload config.yml
