Teleporting minecarts away using vanilla commands sometimes breaks client view #216

TrainCarts version: 1.12.2-v4
Spigot version: 1.12.2

When teleporting a minecart (far) away using a vanilla tp command while a player is inside, that player loses seating in the minecart and ends up stuck in 'no driver' limbo.

Steps to reproduce:

Teleport the closest minecart to a random location: minecraft:tp @e[r=2] ~ ~ ~

Update: On the latest version, TC seems to be able to handle the rogue teleporting of the minecart. However, sometimes, the client view gets stuck. See video for more information: https://youtu.be/oX7Kd96ed08
