Fixes Issue #19 Unobtainable items being dropped. #21

This fixes Issue #19. I was able to replicate it very easily when installed with mcmmo to get multiple drops. As soon as I cloned the item, unobtainable items stopped appearing.

After some more testing, this turns out to not be the full solution, but it seemed to work fine without mcmmo. With the extra drops from mcmmo, started to notice large amounts of items being dropped.
