Spoutcraft Clients cant connect, Weird String Error #24

This was originally reported as BKCommonLib Ticket Issue 6 (https://github.com/bergerkiller/BKCommonLib/issues/6) After repeated testing, it seems that builds at least 61-64 of NoLagg (with BKCL 1.51) cause the issue. Build 57 with BKCommonLib 1.50 works as it should.
