Crash NoLagg 1.90.3, MCPC+ #27

Hello. May you fixing crash on NoLagg 1.90.3, BKCommonLib 1.56, MCPC+ (1.6.4-R2.1-SNAPSHOT, build 251)? I get this exception while login to server https://gist.github.com/geakstr/10722758

I see that the NoLagg does not support this version MCPC+, but this is the stable version MCPC+.

we dont fully support MCPC+ We only use their remapper if detected.

An option to fix this would be to go to the config. And disable 'dynamicViewDistance' in the chunk component.

Thank you. But I do not found 'dynamicViewDistance', I found 'useDynamicView' and setting this to false, now works :)
