The file names inside the /lib folder should contain a version number and also somewhere in the first comment lines of code should be a version, too. Also the builded target file of VIE itself should begin with a version number in the comment.
Dependencies and VIE itself should be refered with a specific version in all places:
File names (e.g. jquery.rdfquery.rdfa.min-1.0.js not jquery.rdfquery.min.js)
Comment inside the files (even if the file name is lost you should be able to get a info about the version)
All webpages and readme files where VIE or its dependencies are refered should point out the version (specially the README.md of this repo, but also IKS pages)
