Use LinkedIn instead of Twitter for authentication #14

Since Palsu is most likely used for professional circumstances, it would make sense to use LinkedIn as the default authentication source.

Why not have the choice of both?

we could also add google and facebook -- any oauth provider should work.

the idea was to use linkedin because palsu is a "business meeting app" and more ppl. in that direction use linkedin... anyway the goal is to support as much provider as useful (invite your contacts to a meeting)

For auth there is mongo_auth/every_auth and connect_auth for node.js
