Undo does not trigger hallomodified event

This is with or without the halloreundo plug-in.

Tested on a Mac. Without halloreundo, press Cmd+Z, reflects in the content, but does not trigger the hallomodified event.

With halloreundo, click on Undo toolbar button, reflects in content, but does not trigger hallomodified event.

this is true on windows too, both of them trigger an hallomodified event, but the last undo you make does not
