Add a example.bed file that has expected output from application of ngs_te_mapper to example fasta/fastq sequences
Add a check at the end of run_ngs_te_mapper.sh to determine if user output is generated properly

A file called expectedBedFile.bed has been added to the home directory of the ngs_te_mapper and has all the old and new insertion sites that should also be found when the test run is completed. At the end of the test run this file is compared with the ouput .bed results
