Debug function to change lights #29

I think right now there are few scripts in debug that can change different aspects of the bulbs. I need a function that can change the bulbs light or temp as if it were a transition. Meaning, the underlying values also need to change, along with the physical representation.

This could be implemented as a program with a menu for debugging which calls the controls functions
