The README could be fleshed out a bit more. Looking to add things like requirements (and a requirements file if necessary), target system, system tested on, etc.

Installation should include notifying the user to add the bulbs to their LAN prior to use. It also should detect the time of day and set the lights to the proper setting when finished.
