The link for the system temp plugin isn't working. #14

As the title says the link in the Readme.md isn't working.

Links mentioned here are for unRAID v5. When using unRAID v6 (highly recommended) the links can be found on the forum under Dynamix V6 plugins or when using Community Applications (CA).
