Whitelisting domains #2

Someone requested a feature to whitelist a number of domains so users can only go to websites on those domains. This prevents an unauthorized user to use the Universal Kiosk to browse the web.

A potential solution would be to enable the user to set domain restrictions only once and then permanently store those locally. Different restrictions would require a reinstall.

Users (students) should be prevented from reinstalling the kiosk app to reset the domain restrictions. A solution would be to use supervised users: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3463947.
