Upgrade SharpDevelop Core to 3.2 #310

The current version SharpDevelop Core is 2.2. This should be upgraded to 3.2 
which is the current stable version and the last WinForms-based release of 
SharpDevelop

It turns out that the amount of changes API-wise is too destructive to 
implement. Also it's not as though the current SharpDevelop Core is broken in 
any way. As a result, closing as WontFix
