Added ios_badgeType and ios_badgeCount to these methods:

sendNotificationToUser()
sendNotificationToExternalUser()
sendNotificationUsingTags()
sendNotificationToAll()
sendNotificationToSegment()

Edited the README file to reflect the addition of ios_badgeType and ios_badgeCount and how they work together.
