Remove github-pages gem #20

Remove github-pages gem so we can use our own plugins (see also: https://github.com/phrdang/berkeley-class-site/issues/14)
Add page.html layout
Add kramdown-parser-gfm gem so Jekyll can build

NOTE: This PR doesn't attempt to get the website deployed, it just removes the gem. We'll have to configure .github/workflows/jekyll.yml and the repository settings to do the actual deployment
