Documentation Updates #97

Closes #89 . Points 3 and 4 in https://github.com/yuvipanda/hubploy-template/issues/9 are addressed in this PR.

I'll take a stab at a couple things here: https://github.com/yuvipanda/hubploy/issues/67#issuecomment-650615805

Namely, using custom version of Helm and a contribution guide.

make html succeeded without errors. Only warning was

WARNING: html_static_path entry '_static' does not exist

Formatting is as I expect it.
