Fix navigation issue with hyperlinks! #9

@ranashreyas All the below icons are not navigating to the cell/markdown with the issue when the respective cell/markdown are not visible in the screen. It only shows the error if the cell/markdown with issues are visible in the screen. Can you fix the issue?
