Removing the dependence on LibFM for the DatasetLatentFactor environment for ML-100K by adding the model file to the repo. Also did some refactoring of the model loading code.
I have model files trained for LastFM and ml-10m datasets if it would be useful to add those as well. (They're a little larger and we don't currently have a named environment for them)
