@VictorKong94 I see what you mean, thanks for pointing it out.
First, you can ignore all the files except for the last one called 'change affine path', they are all my old files that I did not commit earlier.
Second, I deleted the number sections because when I make file, the sections are automatically created by Latex, if I still add number sections there, it will appears twice in the final document.
Anyway, I will close this pull request and do it again.
