mean histograms #72

This script takes BOLD from each run for each subject, plots the histogram for it's mean

Could be good to have because it looks like we're going to choose our masking threshold manually, so this will provide some support for the values we choose.

It can take a couple minutes for script to run so I also included the final product, mean_hists.png

From that we can see 400 is probably an ok threshold for most of the graphs

Ok looks good, are we going to include the image in our paper?

Yeah it'd be perfect for like an appendix section
