Add graph script, fitted vs residual Fix #97

Add script for generating qqplot and residual vs fitted for subject 2, voxel coordinate (18,24,16)/ 40000th position I also messed up, was plotting the actual response vs residuals, so that was why the plot was linear. Fixed the code and add new figures, updated paper tex
