An ontology modeling classes and relationships describing deep learning networks, their component layers and activation functions, machine learning methods, as well as AI/ML potential biases.
The mappings appear to be parsed as expected now (I used Uberon for reference: https://github.com/obophenotype/uberon/blob/master/src/ontology/uberon-odk.yaml) but don't appear in the merged ontology.
Could be related to the IDs for AIO classes: they're always full IRIs with the https://w3id.org/aio/ prefix rather than AIO:, but the sssom refers to AIO:.
