Look for any problems with BioPortal ingestion #62

It looks like the most recent GH release (https://github.com/berkeleybop/artificial-intelligence-ontology/releases/tag/v2024-03-27) is currently on BP (https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/AIO)

but I don't know what BP is watching for changes in - presumably the aio.owl in the root of the release artifacts, and maybe it clobbers older releases if they have the same version?

it is configured as Location -> Load from URL -> https://raw.githubusercontent.com/berkeleybop/artificial-intelligence-ontology/main/aio.owl

so yes, it monitors aio.owl in the root of the release artifacts

maybe it clobbers older releases if they have the same version?

Jennifer Vendetti has educated me a little about the BioPortal ingest process in the obo-community Slack, but we didn't discuss interpretation of version annotations.
