Submodule is missing #1

Hi there,

Firstly, thanks for putting all these separate projects together in one place. I'm starting to explore Project Oberon and was essentially having to do this myself until I found your project which has saved me a bunch of time getting set up.

I noticed that the submodule no longer works as you have removed the repository. This is simple enough to fix by reverting the url to the original https://github.com/pdewacht/oberon-risc-emu but might trip up students less familiar with submodules.
