change description of corpus provided on upload from default block to user-entered description. prompt says enter minimum 3-char string, which reverts to default text block on upload. (current text: This is the concatenation of all TEI files in the project with additional metadata from the project's glossaries. Supporting data derived from the project glossaries are prepended.)
