Show large numbers in short notation #27

Sometimes the numbers in the badge gets too long like 12567 which makes it look uglier. These numbers should be shown as "12k" or similar and the actual number should reside in the "title" attribute of the element showing the number. This will address the problem mentioned in the first comment of issue #26
