after making a successful reservation, getting this repeatedly from multiple accounts (worked fine from multi-column view)

Unable to reproduce. Did you get this problem only while trying to book after already making a reservation?

I'm also not seeing this now -- will keep an eye out and document if I see it again.

@arkokoley Just got what I think is the same error -- this time on first reservation I made.
