"Add Frame" button hard to find for newcomers #90

The Add Frame button is an important button to be able to find for newcomers, but it's hard to find for two reasons:

  1. It's extremely low contrast if it's not being hovered over. Light light gray on white is not going to catch a new user's attention.
  2. It doesn't look like a button, at least with respect to the other buttons we're directing the users to in the help snippet. We should try to keep a more consistent design language. Maybe we don't call it a button, or we throw smaller colored button onto that frame block, or the "Add Frame" is always at the top or bottom of that panel, and it looks like the rest of the buttons instead of looking like an added frame block.
