A widget that displays percentage imon-data in the form of icons (units), similar to other widgets like percent-online.

The user can:

Choose any country/region with any indicator that has "%" in the `displaySuffix' field and whose max is no more than 100. If the chosen combination does not have any data, an error is shown in the settings.
Resize the widget without distorting it (and increasing/decreasing the size of the icon/value as a result).
Choose a color for the "filled" icons/the icons that represent the value.

Unresolved issues:

The api does not have a flag/indicate what type of percentage it is, so for now any indicator that could use another icon that the default 'user' icon is in Settings.icons.
