A widget that displays connection speed-related data in a form similar to that of the connection-speed package using imon indicators/countries.

User can:

Choose any indicator whose displaySuffix is kbps (temp until new API changes) with any country/region (if there's no data, the widget will say so).
Choose a color for the colored (not-gray) part of the speedometer.
